The Zhengkai International Marathon is a large-scale international sports event in Henan Province, China, jointly hosted by the Chinese Athletics Association, Henan Provincial Sports Bureau, Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government, and Kaifeng Municipal People’s Government.
This event is held every spring and is the only permanent large-scale international sports event in Henan Province.
It is also the largest full marathon event in the central and western regions of China.
