The Hengshui Lake Marathon held on September 22 was the first high-level event of the second half of the year and the first race after summer training.
Three members of Group C in the Shenzhen branch chose to participate in this race.
Among them, Ma Ning and Lai Weihua prepared for the race and formed a small team based on the goal of breaking three, while Xie Mingyuan set a goal of 310.
Unfortunately, Ma Ning and Lai Weihua did not break three (Ma Ning achieved a large PB), and Xie Mingyuan achieved his goal of sub 310 (a large PB).
Before the holiday, a post race exchange meeting was held, and we believe that everyone can run better in the following races.
