Meditation is well-known due to the popularity of yoga.

Stepping on thoughts is not a struggle against the idea that ‘I can’t run anymore’, but rather a way to eliminate them.

But I didn’t know what inspiration I received that day, and suddenly an inspiration came to my mind: using meditation to alleviate it.

This kind of thing often happens, and I have long been accustomed to it.

The thoughts in my mind always come and go, constantly changing, but I deal with them the same way: pull them out, imagine stepping on them, and then throw them away.

Today, I will share with you my experience of running meditation.

I have over a decade of running experience, but for meditation, I can only be a beginner at best.

After about 5 kilometers of departure, I kept thinking of giving up, and at this point, I was still 16 kilometers away from the target plan.

Slowly and naturally, one can only feel the rhythm of breathing and body movements, mechanically monotonous, as if one is settling in.

The final result was a smooth completion of the remaining 16 kilometers and the ability to accelerate

Therefore, when I first started, I had a hard time running and struggled to keep up with my fellow runners who were starting together.

But the intermittent and pitiful meditation experiences cannot be said to have a profound understanding and insight into meditation.

I quickly realized that I cannot focus on a particular idea for a long time.

In other words, the idea of ‘I can’t run’ quickly disappeared, replaced by another thought, ‘I’m very tired’.

Okay, draw a gourd like before, take this idea out like before, step on it, and then disappear with a snap.

Step forward and crush your thoughts once.

So, what I am talking about today can only be my personal experience, not experience, let alone a tutorial.

But I think most people only know this word without taking practical action.

Slowly, I felt that I was no longer as tired as before, my body became more relaxed, my legs began to move, and my speed naturally increased.

I once had a long distance running practice where my body was still in a state of soreness due to a large amount of running on the first day.

When it comes to running, I picked up the idea of ‘I can’t run anymore’ and imagined it being crushed by my steps.

By the way, over the past decade of running, this kind of thing has often happened, and inspiration has come out of running without reason, including some good ideas.

I have had the experience of meditation and experienced the relaxed pleasure after meditation.
