The section of Qugang Expressway from Suning Interchange to Jingtai Expressway starts from the Hujiaying Interchange of Daguang Expressway and connects with the Baoding section of Qugang Expressway.
It runs eastward through the southern part of Suning County, the southern part of Hejian City, the northern part of Xian County, and the southern part of the eastern cluster of Hejian City.
It crosses the Ziya River and Ziya New River in the north of Guxian Township and Jinghe Town, and runs eastward along the southern side of Ziya New River.
It crosses the Jingtai Expressway on the north side of Xinxing Town.
The route passes through Suning County, Hejian City, Xian County, and Qing County in Cangzhou City.
