On September 11th, Zhang Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Baota District Committee and Acting District Chief, as well as Kenli Nagano and Li Na from the Deputy District, participated in a comprehensive exercise and evaluation meeting for the 2024 Nanniwan Half Marathon in Nanniwan Town, Baota District.
Shen Changliang, Deputy Director of the Municipal Sports Bureau, provided guidance throughout the entire process and proposed optimization and modification suggestions.
Zhang Ming and his team conducted on-site drills on the communication and command system of the event, the preparation of each working group for the event, the assembly process of athletes in the main venue, volunteer services in the functional areas and key points of the main venue, emergency response to safety and security incidents, medical emergency rescue, the opening ceremony and award ceremony process, athlete track supply scenarios, traffic control and parking area division during the event.
After the drill, a review meeting will be held immediately to carefully listen to the current preparation situation of each competition working group, understand the progress of the work in detail, comprehensively sort out and eliminate existing problems, and arrange and deploy the next step of work.
