My own physical strength is not bad.
In the words of a big brother in the gym, you can’t say it’s the best in the entire gym, but it’s definitely among the top few.
I don’t prepare for the gym 3-4 times a week, and I attend two gymnastics classes each time.
This amount of exercise allows me to complete half of the journey in 2 hours without any pain, even though my monthly mileage is only 30-50 kilometers.
Physical strength is a prerequisite.
